The Process

Whether you’re an individual or a multinational company, we’re here to guide you through the packaging and printing process from start to finish. We believe in transparency and understand that each client has their approach, which is why we’ve simplified the process for you to make your experience as seamless as possible.

 

1.Contact Us

 Send us a request via our contact form and our team will try our best to get back to you within 24 hours (or the next business day if it’s a weekend). Be sure to include as much detail as possible, so that we can understand your needs better.

 

2.Consultation

Our team will contact you to discuss your needs and options available based on your budget. We will request for a photo reference or design draft and give feedback on what is possible. If you are working with a graphic designer, please let us know as our team will be able to guide them towards a feasible prototype design.

 

3.Prototyping

 Once the design is finalized, we will provide a free white mock-up sample for you to check the specifications of the box. This stage can take up to a month to get the right shape depending on your preferences. Once the shape and specifications are confirmed, we will send you the dieline.

 

4.Colour Styling

Your graphic designer will fit your design onto the custom dieline provided by us. Our team will provide a colour book for your selection. If you would like to see a colour sample, you will have to pay additional charges.

 

5.Price Quotation

We will provide a price quotation based on your final specifications and volume. Note that price will vary according to volume. We do not have a minimum order quantity, but bear in mind that lower volumes have a higher price.

 

6. Timeframe

Finally, we will provide an estimated completion date, including delivery time, based on your final decisions.
